Nokia surprised all of us by releasing an bunch of android phones, Nokia X series. But there are many doubts and myths regarding it and there is a lot of confusion among people. Today I am gonna clear out some of the the most asked questions regarding Nokia X and clear out misconceptions from your be clouded mind.
1) What type of android runs on Nokia X series?
The epitome of the answer to this question would be the very same version Android that runs on any device like the HTC one M8 or Samsung galaxy s4 but with a slight catch. The catch here is that Nokia X is a sort of restricted version of android. Nokia has sort of customised Android to give you best of both Windows phone and Android. 3) If Nokia is owned by Microsoft how did it release Android phone?
This question has been in a lot of buzz that Microsoft has has its own Windows phone OS released an android phone which is its biggest competetor. This is a misconception, though Microsoft owns Nokia it doesn't controls Nokia and nokia works independently and Microsoft just gets the profit out of it. None of the Microsoft employees work in it and it was Nokia decision and not Microsoft decision to release it. Nokia now has phone running on Android, Windows, symbols, Asha and Java OS.
4) Why should I buy Nokia X?
Nokia as we know it since many years is known for the quality of its products and we were dearly waiting for an Android phone with Nokia's trust. Nokia phones are also durable and phones like Nokia 6600 when dropped seem to cracked the floor. Also Nokia gives great cameras as a compliment with its phone and though 5 megapixels it's lot better shots than 8MP camera on micromaxx phone and also has excellent low light sensor. It also has good specs when it comes to the Rs.10000 hot category - phone hardly seem to lag.
5) Why I shouldn't buy it?
There are a few short comings too linked to the Nokia X. Not everyone will like the tile interface. Though good the prone is still underpowered and nokia didn't release a high end phone. It has a plastic body and not a metal body. Also they face a lot of competition from samsung, micromaxx and xolo. Also the screen is not that great and we also wanted a HD screen.
